Founders of Capital Partners bought a plot of EUR 6 million in Bucharest from Forte Partners

One United Properties, a company controlled by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Căpitanu, two of the founders of Capital Partners (currently BT Capital Partners), bought from Forte Partners a plot of 8,200 sq. m situated on Barbu Văcărescu St., across the road from Verdi Park in Bucharest.

P3 bought land near Bucharest in its second real estate transaction this year

Real estate developer P3, specialized in logistics and industrial facilities development, bought a plot of 8.6 ha in Domneşti , near Bucharest. The acquisition price is about EUR 0.8 million, according to Capital magazine estimations.

Local businessman Radu Dimofte is selling part of the property right over a plot of land situated in 39 Kiseleff Road in Bucharest for EUR 4.5 million, plot owned by the company Wellkept Group. The land was previously occupied by a controversial historical villa demolished in 2010.
