Both options have their advantages, disadvantages. The infrastructure and the services such as internet access, air-conditioning, phone network, cleaning and closed parking spaces are all already available in the office buildings. All of these services in the office in a flat require your own investigation. We should consider this aspect as well before selecting the office.
