Dedeman buys plot of land in Hunedoara for EUR 1.2 mln

Real estate developer Plaza Centers has sold a 41,000 sqm plot of land in Hunedoara, center-west Romania, for EUR 1.2 million to local DIY retailer Dedeman, according to Mediafax newswire. The selling price is only half the property’s 2013 valuation.

Volumetric sells 10,000 sq m of land for Billa and Penny stores in Brasov

NEPI and Dedeman buy 84,000 sqm of land in Timisoara

NEPI and Dedeman have split the purchase of an 84,000 sqm plot, with each purchasing 42,000 sqm. The Romanian DIY retailer plans to open a new store at the site, but NEPI has not disclosed its plans for the site yet.

Israeli developer to exit Romanian real estate market, sells land in Tîrgu Mureş

Real estate developer Plaza Centers, in process of exiting the Romanian market, announced the sale of 31,500 sq. m land in Tîrgu Mureş, where intended to build a commercial centre. The land was sold for EUR 3.5 million.

Land prices for real estate investments, down in H1 2014

The prices of the lands for real estate projects development have decreased with an average of 4 pct compared to the similar period of last year, in Arad (-14%), Alba Iulia (-10%) and Targoviste (-10%) being registered the most significant reductions, while in Bucharest they only went down with 2 pct.

NEPI buys 7.4-Ha land in Piatra Neamt for shopping center

South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investment wants to buy a 7.4-hectare land in Piatra Neamt where it will develop a shopping center and to take over the remaining stake of 30% in the Mega Mall Bucharest project, NEPI said in a financial report Wednesday.
