Wellkept Group’s shareholders meeting decided in the end of last year the selling of 7/12 shares of the property right over the land.
Moreover, Dimofte decided to buy through its company Wellkept Group a number of 55,814 shares owned by the company Bladon Enterprises Limited in Practic SA, through a transaction of EUR 6.4 million, as well as 15,635 shares owned by Ligia Popoviciu in Practic SA, with a value of EUR 1.78 million.
Dimofte is the biggest shareholder of Practic București, having direct share of 48.47% of the capital.
Practic SA is one of the largest real estate owners in Bucharest, with 5 ha of retail and office spaces. (source: profit.ro)
