10 pct. of the amount resulting from the sale will be used for relocating the factory’s activity. Industria Iutei previously tried to buy the factory’s land in 2008, for a price exceeding EUR 45 million, more than eight times higher than the price agreed with Dedeman.

 

Dedeman currently has a network of 42 stores in Romania, being the largest company in the field on the local market.
