Ursus leases 9,300 sqm in Log Center Timisoara

Immofinanz announced on Thursday that it has signed a five years lease for 9,300 square meters of logistic space with Ursus Breweries. The brewer will become a tenant of Log Center Timisoara, one of the biggest logistic properties in the Immofinanz portfolio.

Cargus rented 5,000 sq. m of offices and warehouses

The courier company Cargus, with business of EUR 26 million last year, has rented offices and warehouses on 5,000 sq. m from the logistics and transportation company Triton International Cargo, according to the real estate consultant DTZ Echinox, which represented the landlord in the transaction.

Zitec expands its offices in Phoenix Tower and intends to reach 120 employees in 2014

Zitec, one of the main local producers of online applications is extending its offices starting this month, with an additional floor in the office building Phoenix Tower, to be added to the already existing 920 sq. m space occupied by the company since summer of 2012.
