Orange Romania will occupy 8 floors in the first office building of the project with over 1,500 employees working in the rented premises. The first information regarding the negotiations between Orange and Skanska appeared in the beginning of this spring. The first building of Green Court project will have approximately 19,500 GLA and will be completed this autumn.

 

The relocation process of Orange will start this autumn, so that the occupancy rate of the A building in Green Court Bucharest will reach 90 pct. The transaction was brokered by BNP Paribas. Considering the A building of Green Court Bucharest is nearly fully let, Skanska is carrying out the works for the B building, to be completed in the second quarter of 2015.

 

Green Court Bucharest is an A class office complex with a total area of 52,000 sq. m in three buildings, each having 12 upper floors and 3 levels of underground parking.
