Renault is looking for a Bucharest office for its 2,000 employees

French group Renault, which controls the Dacia factory from Mioveni and has developed a technology centre in Titu, is looking for a new office to accommodate its nearly 2,000 employees in Bucharest, who are currently divided between the North Gate building in Pipera and West Gate park in Militari.

GfK expands and brings 400 jobs in Iaşi in a regional centre

Medium companies rented approx. 35,000 sq m offices in H1

The office spaces rented by the medium sized companies in the first six months of the year totalized approx. 35,000 sq. m, with 10 pct. more compared tom the similar period of last year. The most active companies were those in construction, real estate, personal and professional services, according to Esop.

Office transactions top: 20 companies rented 74,000 sq. m in H1 2014

Largest 20 office transactions in Bucharest signed in the first half of this year targeted the rental of spaces with a total area of approx. 74,000 sq. m, the equivalent of 3.5 pct. of the 2.1 million sq. m office stock of Bucharest, according to a ZF analyze.

Luatel Call center relocate its headquarters in Cubic Center, Pipera

The outsourcing company Luatel (with activities on the markets in Brazil, Germany and Romania) is renting 860 sq. m in Cubic Center from Pipera, a building included in Liberty Management’s portfolio, with the support of Crosspoint Real Estate.

RIB headquarters to relocate in Pipera

Romanian International Bank (RIB), bank purchased in December last year by the Polish financial group Getin Holding, rented 3,500 sq. m in Hermes Business Campus for the future bank headquarters, according to the real estate consultant Colliers International, the broker of the transaction.
