Romanians of any age who had not previously started up in business, have the right to set up a small enterprise free of charge, thanks to the law on encouraging the setting up and development of small enterprises, adopted by the Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday, the Department for SMEs, Business Milieu and Tourism informed.
