Residential construction permits up 3.6 pct during first 11 months of 2015

Residential permits presented an upward trend during the first 11 months of 2015, rising 3.6 percent over the same period of the previous year, while November showed a 9.1 percent increase y-o-y, according to data released by the National Institute for Statistics (INS).
