Bucharest’s commercial centres Plaza, Bucureşti Mall, AFI Cotroceni and Sun Plaza are four of the malls choosing to surround themselves with office spaces.

 

Recently, the investment fund NEPI, the owner of Promenada mall in northern Bucharest, has also announced its plan to integrate 30,000 sq. m of offices in the commercial project, with an extension which could be ready in 2018.

„Commercial centres choose to improve their offer with office spaces, as most wanted office buildings are those with services around them. The mall and the mall and associated parking spaces increase the attractiveness for everything around them.
