AFI Europe Romania announce a top management change: Mr. David Hay the CEO of the company for the last 7 years announced his resignation and his intention to continue his professional path apart of the company. The decision is a personal choice of Mr. Hay and the Group management, although with sadness, accepted his decision.

AFI Europe Romania announces two new lease agreements for AFI Tech Park, the new business park the company is currently developing in Bucharest. RTC Proffice Experience, market leader in office stationery, leased approximately 650 sqm GLA in AFI Tech Park 1, and Ecovis Romania, a specialized international financial services company (with approx. 350 sqm), becoming the fourth and fifth tenants of the business campus, after World Class gym (1,500 sqm), Quick Service Restaurant “1 Minute” (110 sqm) and gaming company Game World (2,000 sqm).
AFI Tech Park business campus, the new office destination currently developed by AFI Europe Romania, signed a new lease agreement of approx. 2,000 sq m in AFI Tech Park 1 with GAME WORLD GROUP. The excellent lease terms offered by AFI Tech Park, including a no VAT base rent, provided the grounds for the leading gaming company to relocate to the new class A office park.
Vivo Food Bar opens a gourmet burgers restaurant in the AFI Park office complex, on the ground floor of the AFI Park 5 building, in a total area of 317 square meters. Thus, VIVO Food Bar joins the other tenants of AFI Park 4 & 5 office buildings, Cameron, Telus, VeeAM, Schlumberger, SecureWorks, XPERI and Fotonation.
AFI Europe Romania has signed a financing agreement of EUR 22 million with Bank Leumi Romania for the development of phase 1 of AFI Tech Park, the newest business park the company is currently developing in Bucharest.
AFI Europe Romania has signed a new lease agreement for the AFI Tech Park business camp. The new tenant is Lagardère Travel Retail Romania with their "1 Minute" Quick Service Restaurant concept, who has rented a space on the ground floor of the AFI Tech Park 1 building.
AFI Europe Romania has signed the first lease agreement for AFI Tech Park, the company’s newest business park developed in Bucharest. World Class Romania, leader on the Romanian health & fitness field, will be the first tenant of the campus, by leasing 1,500 sq m GLA spread on the Ground Floor and the 1st Floor of AFI Tech Park 1. The lease contract was signed for a period of 10 years.
