Rented offices reached 132,000 sq. m in H1, 27 pct. growth compared to 2013

The office area transacted in Bucharest in H1 2014 totalized 132,000 sq. m, with 27 pct. growth compared to the similar period of last year, most of the transactions being completed for existing buildings, respectively 40 pct of the total.

Swan Offices didn’t reach any sale agreement

The creditors will adopt a new sale strategy for the bankrupt Swan office complex in Pipera-Tunari, as on Friday, the scheduled date for the appointment of the winner following the direct negotiation, the liquidator did not reach any agreement with the interested investors, Mediafax informs.

South Korea and Romania team up for joint IT research center

The South Korean science ministry in collaboration with the Romanian Ministry for Information Society have just opened an information technology research center which will implement several IT projects in Romania over the next three years, according to a press release from the Korean authorities, quoted in a piece by Yonhap News Agency.

Insolvency company Rominsolv put on sale a land of six hectares in Preciziei St. in western Bucharest, where several constructions are situated, belonging to the bankrupt company Compania de Expeditii si Transport Auto (CETA), owned by the businessman Marius Cae.
