The Germans established their offices in a space on 1,400 sq. m in Hermes Business Campus in Pipera, and as the team will grow the office will be expanded up to 6,000 sq. m.

Other German groups such as Allianz, Metro or Deutsche Bank, also opened technological or service centers  in Bucharest, taking into consideration that the local wages are three to five times lower than in Germany for similar positions, while the office owners also offer good conditions to the companies renting large premises.
