Friborg Development, the real estate division of the investment fund Friborg Capital, controlled by Ion Sturza, former prime minister of the Republic of Moldova, is negotiating the sale of Liberty offices project in Cluj-Napoca with the american investment fund White Star Real Estate, according to market data.
Siemens rented 3,000 sq. m offices within the first phase of Liberty Technology Park in Cluj, an office project developed by the investment fund Fribourg Capital, whose president is the businessman Ion Sturza.
Ion Sturza, former prime minister of the Republic of Moldova and former partner of Dinu Patriciu in Rompetrol, inaugurated yesterday the first two buildings of the project Liberty Technology Park Cluj, a total investment of EUR 25 million.
