Ţiriac obtained in 2014 the construction permit for 11 floors and a rentable area of nearly 18,000 sq.m.

Tomas Manjon, former operational manager of Ţiriac Imobiliare, has declared for ZF in the end of 2014 that the project will be delivered in 2016 or at most in the beginning of 2017.

Despite the latest years development of the area Barbu Văcărescu – Floreasca, Victoriei Sq. remains an office zone companies are looking for, the subway and other public transportation access, proximity to city centre and public institutions as well as the buildings’ visibility being important factors in choosing an office.
