In 2021, Țiriac Imobiliare, part of the Țiriac Group, completed the works for the Țiriac Tower office building, one of the reference buildings in the center of Bucharest. The investment was quickly noticed by companies that want a central location, easily accessible, but especially optimized in terms of efficiency and consumption. As a result, since last summer, the premium office project has reached an occupancy rate of 75%, ahead of commissioning.

With a permanent concern for a responsible and sustainable approach to the environment, the year 2022 began for Țiriac Tower with the official confirmation, from the supplier Engie Romania, regarding the complete supply of energy from renewable sources. According to the contract concluded with Engie Romania, the electricity delivered to the Țiriac Tower building comes from 100% renewable sources, and the first certificates of origin issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority, ANRE, will be issued.
In this context, efficient LED lighting solutions, which aim to reduce energy consumption, have had a positive impact on efficiency.

Located in the Victoriei Square area, 200 meters from the Government headquarters, Țiriac Tower covers a total built area of 30,969 square meters, of which 16,364 sqm of modern class A offices for rent, arranged on 12 floors and ground floor. Occupancy and use of office space is managed through distance and on-site staffing measures. In addition to the work and commercial spaces, the new building offers a 5-level underground area, 259 parking spaces, multiple bicycle stands, showers and locker rooms, charging stations for electric cars, and approximately 700 square meters of green terraces.

The high standards of safety and efficiency met, as well as the technology invested in the new project, place Țiriac Tower in the exclusive category of buildings with top LEED Platinum and Well Health - Safety certifications. Țiriac Tower imposes itself in the zero zone of Bucharest with a sustainable approach, meant to guide a sustainable development and a new direction of image of the business center in Victoriei Square.
