Gran Via Real Estate to complete a new residential project in the Centre-West of Bucharest

The employees of the companies choosing their offices in the new emerging Centre-West zone of Bucharest have now a new option available for housing in the proximity of their job. The Spanish-based developer, Gran Via Real Estate, completes this year the development of the former factory Frigocom, at the crossroads of Timișoara Boulevard and Moinești Street in Bucharest, Timișoara 58 residential compound.

Bucharest’s areas with the highest number of apartments in construction in the vicinity of office projects

Over 7,000 apartments should be delivered in 2019 in Bucharest in the immediate vicinity of an office project, according to ”home _ office Report 2019” issued by real estate consultant SVN Romania. Also, another 10,000 units could be launched in these areas in the next 12 – 18 months.
