Almost EUR 42 bln in subscribed foreign capital

According to data from the Justice Ministry’s National Trade Registry Office, from January 1990 to 31 July 2015 the value of the registered capital subscribed in commercial companies registered in Romania stood at EUR 44.664 bln or USD 55.7 bln.

Net investments in the national economy up 7.2 pct in first half of the year

Direct foreign investments in Romania stood at almost 1.66 billion euro in the first six months of this year, by almost 40 per cent over the 1.19 billion euro recorded in the similar period of last year.
