Total built area (planned) = 964,800 sq m Offices = 526,800 sq m Retail = 93,500 sq m Residential = 305,200 sq m Phase I of Development The first two office buildings, leased from the inception phase and sold to the Austrian investment fund Europolis in the transaction of the year 2006, have received two international awards "Best Office Project in 2008" by EuropaProperty at the SEE Real Estate Awards and by CIJ Journal Awards at CEE Gala. Phase II of Development The second phase was initiated through the construnction works for Bruxelles building in 2014, courtyard type. The building was delivered in 2016 currently being fully functional and occupied by companies specialized in IT, Financial and Legal services. The Tenants include The Bucharest Court, The Civil Sections VI & VII (legal), Temenos Romania (IT software development), PTC Eastern Europe (IT), BASSE Romania (British American Shared Services Europe, Financial Shared Services). In 2016 the construction works started for the next two office buildings, Paris and Berlin, estimated to be delivered in Q4 2017.
