„Following a bid, we rented nearly 3,000 sq. m in Sema Parc for a period of five years, and starting with 1st of October the sixth and fourth departments (commercial, fiscal and administrative contentious) should relocate from 37 Unirii Blvd, where currently activate within Bucharest court, to the new space, where commercial litigations will be judged“, said for ZF Laura Andrei, Bucharest court’s president.

This trade court, as known in the business environment, will have 60 judges and nearly 100 auxiliary personnel.

The new space will have eight courtrooms and ten boardrooms. 30,000 commercial cases were active in the end of May 2016, which will be operated starting this autumn in Sema Parc.

The ground floor will also include an office of the Trade Registery.

Laura Andrei didn’t comment the rent to be paid by the Trade Court, but she said it is was very good rate at the market’s price, and the package included all the necessary facilities, including the security for the court.

At the current prices on the market, with base rents between EUR 12 and EUR 16 per square metre, through discounts tenants can get even EUR 10/ sq. m rent. Considering this case, the five years lease could reach EUR 1.8-2 million. (source: zf.ro)
