Office transactions top: 20 companies rented 74,000 sq. m in H1 2014

Largest 20 office transactions in Bucharest signed in the first half of this year targeted the rental of spaces with a total area of approx. 74,000 sq. m, the equivalent of 3.5 pct. of the 2.1 million sq. m office stock of Bucharest, according to a ZF analyze.

The volume of construction works dropped by 9.6% in the first five months

The volume of construction works, gross series, dropped by 9.6% in the first five months, recording drops in capital repair works by 20.1%, the maintenance and current repair works by 11.4% and new construction by 6.5% according to INS.

Luatel Call center relocate its headquarters in Cubic Center, Pipera

Fisc will require foreigners with properties to provide more information

Logistics market stagnates: 100,000 sq. m rented in 6 months, 300,000 sq. m predicted for the entire year

The area of the logistics space transacted in the first six months totalizes approx. 100,000 sq. m, a level similar to the one registered in the similar period of last year, has declared Marian Orzu, director of CBRE, who estimates that the transactions will reach 300,000 over the entire year.
