It is expected that the office project could be sold this year at a price of about 180 million euros, given the sale price of the office projects in the area, this being a record price for the Romanian market. The investment in the office project amounts to approx. 140 million.

Portland Trust has developed five office projects and a logistics park in Bucharest and has earned around EUR 400 million following the sale of real estate assets, so that through its new sales transaction, its revenues could reach over half a billion euro in Romania.

Oregon Park, with a total area of 70,000 square meters, includes two buildings that were delivered to the market in 2017 and a building under construction to be delivered at the end of this year. 
 
The owner already received an offer from GLL Real Estate Partners, an investment fund that paid about 100 million euros two years ago for the latest office project built by Portland in the area. (source: capital.ro)
