Real estate developer One United Properties (BVB: ONE) has informed its shareholders of signing an agreement to sell an office building owned by One North Gate, in which the company holds a 76.39 pct stake.
One United Properties (BVB: ONE), the leading green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania, announces the signing of a sale agreement for all the shares of One Herăstrău Office S.A. to a private investor. The value of the transaction amounts to 21 million euros. One United Properties was assisted in the transaction by JLL Romania.
Global Vision has acquired Nova Building – an office property located in Northern Bucharest (Dimitrie Pompeiu area), with a constructed area of 8,300 sq.m. Following the acquisition, the building will be refurbished to incorporate sustainable features, it will undergo a rebranding process, and its new name will be Corner Office Building. Deloitte Romania assisted Hili Properties, the strategic real estate investment subsidiary of the Maltese group Hili Ventures, in the acquisition of 75% of Baneasa Real Estate’s shares, the owner of the MIRO office building in Bucharest, from the real estate developer Speedwell. MIRO is a class A mixed-use building of 24,700 square meters located on DN1. The transaction was signed in August 2022.
