Orange would relocate in Green Court, a project scheduled for completion in the last quarter of this year approx. 1,000 employees currently working in customer service and technology in IRIDE Business Park in Pipera, have declared for ZF sources in the real estate market. The headquarters will stay in Europe House in Victoriei Square.

Skanska has recently announced the renting of 3,000 sq. m space by Schneider Electric, but the Swedish group’s representatives say that they didn’t sign yet new contracts.

„We are in advanced negotiations with several companies, but we will announce details after the singing of the leases “, said Marcin Lapinski, CEO Skanska Property Romania. Orange’s representatives didn’t comment the information. (source: zf.ro)
