The 14-storey building-tower building, with a total area of approximately 20,000 sqm, will begin in the near future and will be developed on a land located on the future Uranus Boulevard in Bucharest, a land owned by the businessman at the entrance to Buzeşti Street, an area with office buildings owned by investors such as Dinu Patriciu, Immofinanz or Premiumred.
The investment will rise, according to the ZF calculations, to around 20 million euros.
"In the near future, we will start building a new 14-story ‚AAA’ office building. It will be located on Buzeşti Street, near Victoriei Square," said Ion Alexandru Tiriac, son of businessman and the shareholder’s representative on the boards of directors.

The start of the latest Tiriac Holdings investment in Victoria Square area comes almost half a year after the municipality began demolitions in order to build a new boulevard that will link Victoriei Square to Progresul Square, passing through Buzeşti, Berzei, Vasile Pârvan streets, Uranus and Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard. This artery will streamline traffic in the area, representing an alternative to Lascar Catargiu Boulevard and Calea Victoriei.

Tiriac has an Urban Plan (PUZ) for the land since 2006, approved for a 50-meter high, 12-storey building with underground parking. (source: zf.ro)
