From the first residential projects of the 1990s to today’s mixed-use and integrated urban developments, the event highlights the people and companies who have left lasting landmarks for future generations.
The Real Estate Event 2025 also brings recognition of excellence through the Excellence Trophy – The LEGACY Edition, a gala dedicated to honoring the companies and leaders who decisively influenced the evolution of the real estate market and contributed to the transformation of Romania’s cities over the past three and a half decades. It is a tribute to industry excellence and to the valuable legacy passed on to future generations.

The conference on September 11, part of the anniversary edition The LEGACY, will gather an exceptional line-up of speakers. During the conference, we will announce the selection of interviews with the trailblazers – those who helped shape the local market. All these contributions will be featured in the anniversary volume The LEGACY Edition – Coffee Table Book, whose official launch will take place in November.
