Olympia Tower office building is put on sale by Bluehouse Capital, according to ZF.
Olympia Tower has a total rentable area of 9,555 sq. m, being situated on Decebal Blvd. in Bucharest. The largest tenants of the company include German retailer Kaufland and press group Burda Romania.
However, the tenants’list will suffer a series of modification in the following period, as Kaufland will relocate, according to ZF sources. (Source: zf.ro)
