Insolvency company Rominsolv put on sale a land of six hectares in Preciziei St. in western Bucharest, where several constructions are situated, belonging to the bankrupt company Compania de Expeditii si Transport Auto (CETA), owned by the businessman Marius Cae.

Aro Palace wants to sell Brasov CItadel for EUR 3.5 – 4 mln

Aro Palace is currently in negotiations with Brasov Town Hall to sell the Brasov Citadel (Cetatea Brasov) for EUR 3.5 – 4 million. In case the two entities will not reach an agreement then Aro Palace will organize an auction in the fall, according to Mihai Fercala, general director for SIF Transilvania.

The former private residence of late Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, the Primaverii Palace in Bucharest, will be up for sale, as the Romanian state only rarely uses it for three to four delegations a year, according to Mediafax. RA-APPS will take charge of transaction but it has yet to announce a starting price of a deadline for the sale.

PIC hypermarkets in Craiova, Calarasi, Braila put up for sale again

A plot of land exceeding 17,400 sq, m in Baneasa district in Bucharest, bought in 2008 with nearly EUR 12 million is put on sale for EUR 6.9 million, the owner, controlled by the Spanish group Alius, the developer of the residential complex Alia Apartments in Bucharest din Bucuresti, being declared bankrupt.
