"The asset is divided in three separate properties owned by three distinct companies (both of them in bankruptcy), controlled by the same group, CETA SA. The asset is presented in whole, as a functional ensemble connected to utilitiese, but in a certain measure it is possible the components sale. Therefore, being an insolvency sale, starting prices are thn + VAT for all the three properties", have declared for Mediafax the representatives of Rominsolv.

 

The properties for sale, situated on a plot of 6 ha, include warehouses on 10,600 sq. m, an office building of 2,040 sq. m, a workshop of 375 sq. m. Moreover, among the assets for sale there are an ITP station, a service, a vulcanization shop, a paint shop, parking and other buildings.

 

The transportation company CETA entered insolvency in 2009, followed by bankruptcy. The main creditors of the company are Banca Romaneasca, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bancpost, Piraeus Bank and Building Astrom. (Source: wall-street.ro)
