CPI Property Group, one of the largest owners of income-generating real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with LG Electronics Romania, for a period of 5 years – starting with the first quarter of 2024 – for an area of approximately 1,400 square meters, in the myhive S-Park office building. The leased space will be the local headquarters of LG Electronics Romania.
