Global Finance sold former Automatica factory plot, on Bucharest’s Calea Floreasca

Investment fund Global Finance, through its real estate division, sold the land of the former Automatica factory situated on Calea Floreasca in Bucharest to the French group Auchan and One United, a company specialized in luxury residential projects and to a company specialized in offices, according to sources in the market.

Real estate developer P3, specialized in logistics and industrial facilities development, bought a plot of 8.6 ha in Domneşti , near Bucharest. The acquisition price is about EUR 0.8 million, according to Capital magazine estimations.

DTZ: Land transaction, on the rise again in Bucharest: doubled value in the first quarter

Local businessman Radu Dimofte is selling part of the property right over a plot of land situated in 39 Kiseleff Road in Bucharest for EUR 4.5 million, plot owned by the company Wellkept Group. The land was previously occupied by a controversial historical villa demolished in 2010.

Construction retailer Dedeman, owned by Adrian and Dragoș Pavăl brothers, is interested to buy a 2.7 ha land in the area Trafic Greu in Bucharest from the manufacturer of woven flax and hemp Bucharest for a price of EUR 230 / sq. m, totalling more than EUR 6 million.
