The area is serviced by metro and is only four stops away from Piata Romana and the main train station of Gara de Nord. The Cubic Center shuttle bus service will be available from the metro and tram stations to the building. The trams 16 and 36 and several buses stop nearby.

Cubic Center office building, developed by the businessman Dinu Patriciu, was taken over by Alpha Bank, in the account of its debts. The building is 31 pct. occupied, tenants including Agricover, Promidea, Nexte Bank, Patria Credit and Luatel.
The outsourcing company Luatel (with activities on the markets in Brazil, Germany and Romania) is renting 860 sq. m in Cubic Center from Pipera, a building included in Liberty Management’s portfolio, with the support of Crosspoint Real Estate.
