Over EUR 55 bln, the companies’ turnover with foreign capital in Romania

The companies from Romania which have foreign investors registered a total turnover of RON 250 billion (EUR 55 billion) in 2015. On the first place are the Dutch firms, which generated a turnover of approximately EUR 35 billion, says a study of Creditinfo, a company specialized in the supply of products and commercial risk management of services.

Swedish retailer Ikea announced it plans total investments of EUR 500 million to reach a number of nine stores in Romania. The company currently has one store open in the Baneasa area of Bucharest, with a second one set to open in the capital, on Theodor Pallady boulevard, in 2018.

America House office building in Bucharest put on sale

Real estate institutional investor AEW Europe, owned by Natixis and La Banque Postale, put on sale the office building America House in central Bucharest district, after almost ten years from its acquisition with a record yield, according to sources in the real estate market.
