Amazon,worldwide largest retailer, rented the UBC 5 office building within office project Palas Iaşi, with a rentable area of 13,500 sq. m, according to sources close to the transaction. It is the largest office transaction outside Bucharest.

Two new office buildings in Iaşi to host 2,100 employees

Iulius group, controlled by the Romanian entrepreneur Iulian Dascălu, will complete in the first half of this year two office buildings within the Palas Iaşi project, which will increase with 60 pct. the office area and where nearly 2,100 employees could work.
