Atterbury Europe will also contribute to Supporting the regional consolidation strategy of the mall network created under the IULIUS MALL brand, by jointly holding 50% each of the affiliated shares afferent to Iulius Mall Iasi, Iulius Mall Timisoara, Iulius Mall Cluj, and IuIius Mall Suceava ", the officials of the Iulius Group announced.
Established in 1991, Iulius is a mixed-use developer and operator with an operational portfolio of more than 260,000 square meters of retail space and 106,000 square metres of office space.
The company created the Iulius Mall national network with four regional shopping malls (in Iasi, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Suceava) and Palas Iasi. With an annual traffic of over 66 million visitors, the company's projects are market leaders at regional level.
In the office segment, Iulius is one of the largest office developers and operators, with nine Class A buildings integrated into mixed and LEED-built projects under the United Business Center brand. Currently, Iulius develops the Openville project, near Iulius Mall Timisoara.
This is the second mixed-use project in the company's portfolio after Palas Iasi.
Atterbury Europe is a European real estate investment company focusing on co-investing with local partners who are leaders in their jurisdictions with access to a development portfolio that can be accelerated.
