This is the second large transaction registered by the investor on the office market in Bucharest, following the acquisition in autumn 2016 of the office complex in Pipera-Tunari, Swan Office Park, including three office buildings. The transaction was signed with Casa de Insolvenţă Transilvania through the company Smartown Group, controlled by Topmost Investments, and the transaction price was EUR 30.3 million.
 
The office building Polonă 68 Business Center was developed and delivered on the market in 2010 by the company EEC Invest, controlled by the Greek businessman Anastasios Gkotsis. The building includes a total rentable area of 9,600 square metres and an occupancy rate of more than 90 pct., being the headquarters of companies such as Aritson Thermo, Bioderma, Happy Tour. According to information in the market, the average rent in the building is of nearly EUR 13.5/sq m +VAT.

The Israeli entrepreneur also owns in Bucharest, through his company Smartown Group, three villas in the city centre: Dorobanţi 16, Dorobanţi 18 (rented to Tucano Cafe) and Dionisie Lupu 70.
