This year, the German group made an audit of the large cities in the region this year and chose Bucharest for the development of thus centre where it will offer support mainly to the financial department.

 

Atenor Group invested EUR 25 million in the first building of Hermes Business Campus project and started last week the works for the second building of the business park, an investment of EUR 30 million where the service centre of Deutsche Bahn in Bucharest will relocate starting 2016.

 

 

„We leased to Deutsche Bahn an entire floor with an area of 2,048 sq. m, a contract which leads the first building of Hermes Business Campus to 100 pct occupancy rate.
