"We will complete in March-April the first building with 84 apartments, investment of EUR 4.2 million, sustained by own funds. The investment doesn’t include the cost of the land. We have also obtained the urban permit for another two blocks, approx similar to the first one, with a total of approx. 170 apartments. The height is GF+4F+2R, with 84-88 apartments per building. If the sales are going well we start the construction of the both buildings at the same time next year ", said Antoanela Comsa, the general manager of Gran Via, cited by Mediafax.

She added that there are 20 persons interested in buying apartments in the first building, also mentioning that the financing from own funds allow the constructors not to rush the sale process. (source: dailybusiness.ro)
