Silesia Business Park (SBP) in Katowice is located in the center of the agglomeration, at Chorzowska street – the city’s main arterial road. SBP offers easy access to public transport, a shopping center and all necessary amenities. The buildings will be 12-storeys high, with a combined 46,000 sqm of leasable office space and a total of 600 parking spaces both in a two-level underground car park and at ground level. The first building is scheduled to be ready for use in Q4 2014.

The architectural design of Silesia Business Park was developed by the Medusa Group. The general contractor is Skanska S.A., whereas Skanska Property Poland is responsible for the leasing of the office complex.
