The move of the Sweden’s group comes in the context in which the group sold last autumn the first building of Green Court Bucharest, headquarters of the companies Orange and Schneider Electric, to the group Globalworth, founded and controlled by Ioannis Papalekas, for EUR 44 million.

„The business model of Skanska is to develop, to rent and to sell the projects. We will follow this model in the case of the B building within Green Court Bucharest. The building is currently 61 pct. rented and we plan to fully rent it by the end of the year“, has declared to ZF Marcin Lapinski, president of Skanska Property Romania. (source: zf.ro)
