The five companies currently occupy a total area of approx. 15,000 sqm, representing 20% of the rentable area of West Gate. Apart the term extension, the externalization services supplier WNS decided also to extend its area in West Gate with another 2,500 sqm.

„During last year, four of the companies in West Gate have extended the occupied premises with more than 8,000 sqm totally, an area where approx. 1,000 employees can work”, has declared Stefan Tudos, leasing manager within Genesis Development, the developer of West Gate park.

Apart from WNS, the companies Dacia Renault, Ericsson and Carestream Health have extended during the last year their offices in West Gate with areas ranging from 700 to 2,500 sqm.

The level of rents in West Gate is situated between EUR 12 and EUR 14/sqm/month.

West Gate business park is developed by Genesis Development and includes five office buildings, totalizing a rentable area of approx. 75,000 sqm. The first four buildings have received the certification BREEAM Very Good. The fifth building, delivered in the first quarter of 2013, will be certified after the first year of functioning, according to BREEAM standards.

Currently, West Gate has 92% occupancy rate, with tenants such as: Siemens, Ericsson, WNS, PPD Romania, Panasonic, Dacia Renault, Citibank, Alpha Bank, Société Générale and Carestream Health.
