The deal, estimated at nearly EUR 10 million, would be the second this year between the parts, following the acquisition in March this year by Adamamerica of the office building Phoenix Tower in Bucharest’s neighbourhood Vitan.

This would be the third exit of Aberdeen in its local business, after selling to NEPI the retail project Auchan Titan Shopping Center for EUR 86 million and the selling of Phoenix Tower to Adamamerica.

Construdava was the first office building in Pipera area and has a total built area of 13,800 sqm and a rentable area of nearly 7,000 sqm. The office building was announced in 2003 and completed in 2006 by Impact, a residential developer.
Impact sold it the same year with EUR 19 million to British real estate investments fund European Property Convergence Company, which sold it afterwards in 2007 to DEGI Aberdeen with EUR 26.5 million. Construdava’s tenants include Metro Systems, as well as the real estate developer Shikun & Binui & Red Sea Romania, owner of the residential project CityPoint.  (source: zf.ro)
