S Immo Romanian real estate portfolio also includes the Novotel hotel and Sun Plaza mall as well as a new office project in Grivița area of Bucharest. The company’s focus in 2013 remains the portfolio optimization, through management activities and leasing, as well as through transactions. The company registered a global value of EUR 130 million from assets selling and plans to sell approx. 5% from its current portfolio in 2013. S Immo also is considering buying properties, mostly in Germany. According to the company’s preliminary financial results, S Immo registered in 2012 a net return growing of 22.5%.
