Revetas has partnered for the takeover of The Landmark with the US fund Cerberus Capital Management. To finance the takeover of The Landmark, Revetas took a loan of EUR 43 million from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.

Revetas owns in Romania the Vitantis mall in Bucharest, being a fund specialized in the acquisition of real estate assets with financial difficulties, which he subsequently sells.
The Landmark, a Class A office complex located close to the Romana Square, has a leasable area of 23,500 square meters, consisting of 3 buildings.
