The new space is located on 1,400 sqm on two floors and will offer modern, fully-equipped and serviced offices. “Thanks to this important tenant, a large portion of the free space has been leased and the building is now 95 percent occupied,” said Petr Mrazek of Professional, the agency responsible for the transaction.
