A decision will be taken by the shareholders in October this year.
In the beginning of this month, Teora Publishing in Bucharest sold the entire package of shares owned in Polsib to Best Mixt Team Buildings, a company registered this year, heaving its headquarters in a flat in Arad.
Teora received 14.4 million lei for Polsib shares (EUR 3.2 million). (Source: zf.ro)
