The Cluj project, named “The Office” is developed by the businessman Ovidiu Şandor with the south-Afirca’s NEPI on the plot of the former apparel factory Tricotaje Someşul.

 „The building’s structure is currently done, the facade is closed and we are working hard at the installations and finishes, the building will be completed in April. We are talking right now about an occupancy rate of nearly 40%, but we have advanced negotiations in different stages with several companies, and we estimate a minimum of 70-75% occupancy rate at the moment of the delivery“, has declared for ZF Transilvania Ovidiu Şandor.
