aSpace currently has a 15% market share and manages six office spaces for rent, offering the best value for money for SMEs and start-ups. With the opening of the new space on Calea Victoriei, the company will own 20% of the total coworking space in the central business district (CBD) of the capital.

Plans and investments
Excluding the investment in Calea Victoriei, the company has so far allocated about 5 million lei in the arrangement of office spaces.
For 2025, aSpace plans to open one more location, reaching a total of seven coworking spaces, respectively a total managed area of over 8,000 square meters at the end of this year. aSpace estimates that this year it will record a turnover of 9.5 million lei, up 30% compared to 2024. The company collaborates with law firms, IT, pharma, real estate, professional services (accounting, marketing, HR), retail and companies from various other industries.
The building at Victoriei 222 is owned by SOL PROPERTY INVESTMENT SRL.
