The value of the transaction was not made public, and has involved 670 sq. m space, which according to ZF estimations has a value of EUR 2-3 million.

Currently the commercial centre is closed for renovation and it is scheduled for reopening on March 1st, according to the company’s website.

 Lăcrămioara Dumitrescu will keep the basement and the upper floor, she intends to reconvert. Therefore, the basement „will become a cultural centre, I still think about the upper floor’s destination“. She also said that there was a separate entrance for the basement and first floor, so there will be no connection with the new owners in ground floor

 Romconsulting has already put on its site the renting offer for an area of 390 sq. m at EUR 60/sq. m. The new tenant should pay EUR 23,400/month and EUR 280,000 per year.
